Private client workspaces that carry documents from exchange to signature to proof

Open a secure portal for each client. Share files and messages in a private channel. Place fields and send for signing on controlled links. Keep signed packages ready to verify. Use AI studios in the same account when you need creation, not five separate vendors.

Built around the secure client portal, not a lone signature button

Invite, exchange, sign under control, keep proof. AI studios sit in the same account when your plan and credits allow.

🔐

Secure client portals

One private workspace per client for messages, documents, checklists, and application forms. Built so sensitive work does not live in ordinary email threads.

✍️

E-sign inside the workspace

Place signature and data fields on the PDF, assign signers, send on controlled links, track Sent Documents, resend or recall, and keep packages with history you can reopen.

🧠

Assisted preparation

Optional field suggestions and portal AI analysis when they save time. You approve layout, consent, and what gets sent. Outcomes stay under your control.

Why teams stop switching tools

Most stacks force you to sign in one place, message in another, and create in a third. SignFortress keeps the sensitive work and the creative work under the same login.

1

Private space first

Invite the client into a portal. Exchange messages and files there. Signing starts from work you already share, not from a random attachment alone.

2

Signing under control

Fields, signers, and consent live on controlled links. Track progress, resend or recall, and keep signed packages with the account that owns the relationship.

3

Proof and creation

Recipients can verify with a SignFortress ID without an account. When you need stills, video, research, or campaigns, studios open under the same login.

AI studios in the same fortress

When you need more than a signature: stills and motion, research packages, multi-day campaigns, or WordPress drafts, without leaving SignFortress.

Image Edit Studio

Local tools for resize, crop, and filters. Credit-based AI for upscale, backgrounds, edit, OCR, and short image-to-video. Create Image artboard with wrap, drag, and export.

AI Video Studio

Text-to-video, image-to-video, multi-scene story and cinematic pipelines, Twisted Wisdom quote loops, extender, aspect tools, and a timeline editor.

AI Marketing Studio

Multi-day campaigns across major social platforms and website posts, with templates, optional video ads, connections, and engagement helpers on eligible plans.

Research, Optimizer & more

Research Studio for structured papers and assignments. Website Optimizer to improve or generate SEO page drafts on connected WordPress sites.

Security is the product, not a footnote

We describe protections in plain language. We do not publish implementation secrets on this page.

🛡

Protected document storage

Portal files and signed packages are stored under account controls with encryption. Access follows login and the portal relationship you open.

🔒

Private portal messaging

Portal chat and file exchange are designed so content is protected between the parties on that portal, not treated as ordinary open email.

📋

Audit and public verify

Signing produces records you can keep and export when needed. Anyone with a SignFortress ID can verify a package without creating an account.

How the secure client portal works

The daily path for professional document work: workspace, exchange, controlled signing, proof.

1

Open a portal

Create a private workspace for the client and send an invitation. They join through a controlled link and work only inside that relationship.

2

Exchange securely

Message and share files in the portal. Keep drafts, checklists, and forms with the conversation instead of scattering them across email.

3

Mark and send for signing

Place signature and data fields, assign one or more signers, choose simple or digital presentation, collect consent, and send on controlled links.

4

Store, audit, verify

Retain signed packages and history in the account. Export audit detail when you need it. Recipients can check authenticity with a SignFortress ID.

Transparent usage

Unlock the suite. Spend credits on power.

Core access is designed around durable upgrades; not endless “pay to open the door” friction. Advanced AI actions use credits so heavy usage stays fair and visible before you run a job.

Common questions

Straight answers. For edge cases, use Contact or your account support channel.

Is SignFortress only for e-signatures?

No. The core product is the secure client portal: private exchange, controlled signing, and stored proof. E-sign is the completion step inside that workspace. The same account can include AI studios (chat, image, video, research, marketing, website optimizer) according to your plan.

How does signing differ from emailing a PDF?

Signers complete assigned fields on a controlled link from the portal workflow. You can track, resend, or recall packages and keep signed files with history. The product path is not a loose attachment as the only channel.

Are electronic signatures legally binding?

SignFortress supports electronic signature workflows aligned with widely recognized frameworks such as ESIGN and UETA in the United States. Legal effect depends on your document, parties, and jurisdiction. Confirm with counsel for high-stakes use.

How do verification and the signature validator differ?

Verification checks a SignFortress-signed PDF against its original record using the SignFortress ID. The signature validator inspects digital signature structures on PDFs (and supported encrypted files) for cryptographic or structural validity.

Do AI tools publish to my website automatically?

No. Website Optimizer and Marketing website actions are designed to create or update drafts on connected WordPress sites. You publish from WordPress when ready.

What do you store about me on this marketing page?

This page is public marketing content. Account data lives behind login. The optional site assistant is for general product questions. Use the in-app AI Chat for work tied to your account.
